Meditation Classes in the Central West
Acceptance is the nature of patience. The practice of acceptance makes our mind strong and peaceful, improving all of our experiences, especially our relationships with others.
We will discover through acceptance that people and situations have no real power to make us unhappy. Buddha’s teachings show us that we can learn to accept and be at peace with every situation.

This class contains a teaching and two guided meditations. You are very welcome to ask questions after class. No experience needed. You are welcome to wear a mask. We recommend you book, but you may also pay at the door.
