Meditation and Buddhism classes in the Central West

The Power to be Happy | Talks Aug 15-17 | Cost $15 per person

with Resident Teacher Kelsang Monlam

Everyone wants to be happy and free from problems. Yet no matter how strong this wish may be, problems seem unavoidable and happiness appears only temporary. Through hearing Buddhist teachings we can learn how to reduce and eventually abandon our negative thoughts that disempower us. We can come to understand that we carry within us the powerful potential to make ourself happy all of the time by developing and maintaining a peaceful and positive mind.

The classes include guided meditation, simple and light instructions, and the opportunity to discuss and ask questions. The classes are suitable for all levels of experience & background. Light refreshments will be provided and there is no need to bring anything. Books and CDs will be available to buy.

Everybody welcome!
