Embracing Change

Meditation Classes in the Central West
Change is inevitable and unavoidable – it is happening all the time, all around us. Buddha’s explanation of impermanence enables us to develop a more realistic and wise approach to our self and the people and things in our life.

With the knowledge of the changing nature of things we can learn to expect change and accept it as being the very fabric of life. In this way we can live lightly without grasping at our self, other people and things. With wisdom we can embrace change peacefully, understanding there was never an option to hold on to anything even for a moment.
