Transforming Life’s Difficulties

Meditation classes in the Central West

Thu 29 – Sat 31 Oct | Cost $15 per person

with Resident Teacher Kelsang Monlam

Our lives are full of challenging and often difficult situations, all of which can be used to train our mind to be strong and peaceful. Using practical wisdom we can replace worry, fear and stress with the strength and confidence to remain happy even when things go wrong.

This class contains a teaching and two guided meditations. You are very welcome to ask questions after class. No experience needed. Due to COVID-19, we have limited spaces at our venues. We recommend that you book below to guarantee a spot, but you may also pay at the door if a space is available.

Everybody welcome!
