It seems whatever our lifestyle, we will at times experience stress. So much of the stress and tension we experience comes from our mind and many of our daily problems, such as relationship difficulties and ill health, are caused or aggravated by this stress. Explore how meditation, combined with a change in our perspective on life, can enable us to reduce and finally eliminate stress, so we can enjoy a more relaxed and peaceful life.
This class includes guided meditation, simple and light instructions, and the opportunity to discuss and ask questions. This class is suitable for all levels of experience & background. Light refreshments will be provided and there is no need to bring anything. Books and CDs will be available to buy.
