We all have someone in our life we find difficult to be around, whether it be a colleague, a partner or even a friend. Learn how to use meditation and other tools contained within Buddhism to improve and transform all your relationships.
On this course, we will explore powerful methods for viewing others more constructively that will enable us to respond to whatever they do more effectively. Practising and becoming familiar with these methods give us the freedom to be at peace regardless of how others behave.
The classes include guided meditation, simple and light instructions, and the opportunity to discuss and ask questions. The classes are suitable for all levels of experience & background. Light refreshments will be provided and there is no need to bring anything. Books and CDs will be available to buy.

Kelsang Monlam is the Resident Teacher of Khedrubje Kadampa Buddhist Centre. She is an Australian Buddhist Nun who has been studying and practicing Buddhism under Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for 13 years.
Kelsang Monlam is well-loved for her deep and insightful wisdom, humour and example of pure Buddhist practice. She presents Buddha’s teachings in a light and practical manner, inspiring students to easily incorporate them into everyday life.
