Peace & Perspective: Ease Your Mind

Meditation classes in the Central West

Thu 26 – Sat 28 Nov | Cost $15 per person

with Resident Teacher Kelsang Monlam

Everyone wants to be happy, to be at peace and to enjoy their life and through our meditation practice we will gradually accomplish this. Improving our love and compassion we gain the perspective that we are not alone in our experiences which enables us to remain connected to others.

This class contains a teaching and two guided meditations. You are very welcome to ask questions after class. No experience needed. Due to COVID-19, we have limited spaces at our venues. We recommend that you book below to guarantee a spot, but you may also pay at the door if a space is available.

Everybody welcome!
